Be honest
- Use your real name.
- Show real, recent work in your provider profile.
- Quote based on the actual job — no surprise fees.
Be respectful
- No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination on any basis.
- Decline gracefully — every "no" is fine. Personal attacks are not.
Stay on the platform
Discussing jobs, payment, and reviews on Handi protects both sides. Pulling someone off-platform to dodge reviews is grounds for removal.
Reviews
- Only review someone you actually worked with.
- Stick to the work — no personal attacks.
- Don't trade reviews ("you 5★ me, I 5★ you" — no).
